Defines Telcordia's preliminary view of specifications of the Interim Defined Central Office Interface (IDCI) for the No.2 Switching Control Center System (SCCS) using existing SCCS interface capabilities. It gives necessary information for network elements to interface to the SCCS during the interim period until the Network Monitoring and Analysis (NMA) surveillance system is deployed in a Local Exchange Carrier (LEC).
