History

Defines technical requirements provided by terminal equipment which can be connected to a public telecommunications network. Applicable to terminals for phase 1 of public land mobile radio service using constant envelope modulation, operating in the 900 MHz band with channel separation of 200 KHz with 8 full rate traffic channels per carrier in accordance with the Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) principle.
