SECTIONAL SPECIFICATION FOR CLASS IVA DISPERSION-UNSHIFTED SINGLE-MODE OPTICAL FIBERS
12-01-2013
20-03-2025
Describes part of a set of TIA standards that systematically specifies performance requirements for optical fiber. This hierarchical specification system comprises four tiers: generic specifications, sectional specifications, blank detail specifications, and detail specifications. It applies to Class IVa dispersion-unshifted single-mode optical fibers with glass core and cladding. The requirements of product, testing, and specification documents are defined so that one can prepare a detail specification.
