     Measurement

Establishes guidelines for agreement of signal quality at the DTE/DCE interface in synchronous serial data transmission systems where timing leads are exchanged across the interface. A section on the significance of individual distortion on frequency measurements has been added and terminology has been revised to be consistent with that used in the CCITT documents.
