Provides Bellcore's view of proposed generic design criteria & information for Central Office (low specific gravity lead acid battery charging type) power plant control & distribution equipment to be met for a typical BOC. A modular design approach is provided thereby, permitting ease of replacement & incremental growth appropriate with the growth of office capacity.
