This technical reference (TR) defines Voice Grade (VG) Special Access Services and IPLS offered by Local Exchange Carriers to their customers. It gives Telcordia's view on generic technical requirements, distinguishes between service features, and specifies valid interfaces for the services described. It defines VG Special Access Services and IPLS in enough technical detail to allow a customer to select an appropriate configuration for incorporation into an end-to-end communications channel.
