Includes improved performance of water penetration test for underground duct application, clarification of Near End Crosstalk requirements for T1 & T1C application in screened cables, a new technique for removal of jacket from cable sheath for notch test, change in tolerance of rotational speed for torsion test, changes in test requirements for filling & flooding compounds & aluminum shield overlap requirements for aluminum steel sheathed cable. A number of new tests have also been included.
