This TR describes the customer control feature which gives a customer a dial-up capability to change the operation of features such as Automatic Flexible Routing, Outgoing Facility Group Queuing, Authorization Codes and Private Facility Access. This new TR is a part of the LSSGR, TR-TSY-000064. FSD-02-02-0010 was previously bundled in TR-TSY-000523 of the LSSGR
