MULTISWITCH BUSINESS GROUP STRUCTURE FOR CONVENTIONAL ISDN ACCESS GENERIC REQUIREMENTS
12-01-2013
Defines the generic requirements for a Multiswitch Business Group (MBG) structure. The MBG structure allows for the creation of MGBs that extend the conventional Basic Business Group (BBG) and the Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) Basic Business Group (BBG-I) to multiple switches. An MBG can include the same categories of entities that are eligible to be included in a BBG-I: directory-number/call-type pairs served by ISDN interfaces (basic rate and primary rate), conventional lines, virtual private facilities supported by Signalling System No.7 (SS7), and conventional private facilities.
