Presents Bellcore's view of the network transmission performance and technical interface specifications for interconnection of the trunk access portion of the BCCs networks with Interconnecting Networks (ICNs). It supports internetwork calls originating from or terminating in an ISDN basic rate access network interface, or in an ISDN primary rate access network interface. It defines electrical interface and performance parameters to help attain compatible network to network operation to permit the end user to end user service of four circuit switched ISDN bearer capabilities. These capabilities are: speech, 3.1 kHz audio, 64kbps unrestricted digital information rate adapted from 56 kbps, and 64 kbps unrestricted digital information
