Provides Bellcore's view of proposed generic requirements for Outside Plant Bonding and Grounding Systems Hardware. It provides criteria for analyzing these systems hardware intended for use in connecting two or more pieces of metallic telephone hardware belonging to another utility to maintain a common electrical potential, or connecting telephone hardware to an effective electrical ground. Also provides performance tests for comparing the product against these stated requirements & objectives.
