Bellcore's view of the proposed generic requirements for an implementation option based on the division of the CCS usage measurement functionality set forth in TR-NWT_001087 into two parts: one part that is to be performed by a Signaling Transfer Point (STP) and another part that is to be performed by an STP adjunct. It also proposes generic requirements needed for this STP adjunct and for the transmission of CCS message data from an STP to an STP adjunct via a nonproprietary interface
