Gives Bellcore's view of the proposed CCS Network Interface Specification. Specifies the required interfaces between the out-of-band Common Channel Signaling (CCS) architectures utilizing the Signaling System Number 7 (SS7) protocol deployed by the BCC networks and other Interconnecting Networks (ICNs). These ICNs include Interexchange Carriers (ICs), International Carriers (INCs); Exchange Carriers (ECs), & Enhanced Service Providers (ESPs).
