Inclusive of the Interface to Loop Test System and Dialable Cable Pair Locator Tones. Rev 1 - Contains two changes: 1- Bridged permanent signal state to allow the detection of the receiver off hook condition, and 2- The application of a 1 second burst of dial tone should be applicable to the line circuit test state is entered from the metallic access state to avoid a false 'test OK' result. Each change serves to reduce maintenance costs for switch and field craftspersons.
