Defines Provisioning-Driven Memory Administration (PDMA) which is a set of network operations functions which update the database contained in a store program controlled Network Element (NE). The intent of these functions is to insert, delete & modify data within the NE databases, as well as to retrieve selected subsets of the databases for verification of its contents. This Technical References establishes Telcordia's view on the generic requirements for PDMA. PDMA applies to all types of NEs, however the scope of this document is limited to Network Transport Elements (NTEs).
