Provides Bellcore's proposed generic requirements for Additional Call Offering (ACO). ACO notifies an Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) user of a call directed to that user in a situation where the call would normally be cleared because the user's ISDN interface is busy. This Technical Report (TR) contains requirements for the following features: additional call offering-unrestricted, additional call offering-restricted, ISDN call waiting originating and ISDN dial call waiting.
