Specifies a mapping of the meta-protocol for reference point I3, as described in annex D of TS 101 882 [2], to the ITU-T Recommendation H.248 [1]/IETF MEGACO protocol, to produce an interoperable profile (subset) of H.248/MEGACO augmented by the TPC Extension package defined in TS 101 332 [5].
