The UNE 178101 series of standards defines metrics applicable to the public services networks, in order to provide the best services to the citizens whilst providing maximum efficiency and easy integration within the environment, in the Smart and sustainable Cities framework. Part 4 defines metrics applicable to telecommunication public service networks of a city.
