This standard specifies a method for determining the flexural tensile strength of fibre-reinforced concrete on moulded specimens. The method makes it possible to determine a set of values for the residual flexural tensile strength.This test method is intended for concretes showing strain-hardening flexural behaviour beyond the elastic range of the bending response, with an increasing load-shrinkage curve up to its maximum load, without steep dips, and fulfilling the conditions given in 3.8.This test method is intended for fibres of any type and combination with a maximum length of 40 m.
