This standard provides a method of measuring and quantifying thermal insulation works in building equipments and industrial facilities.Industrial facilities can be, among others, production facilities and distribution of hot and cold fluids in petrochemical plants, thermal and nuclear power stations, as well as in cement, chemical or cryogenic plants, comprising pipes, ducts, boilers, equipment, tanks , etc.
