Defines the requirements for cork underlays manufactured from agglomerated cork designed for use in conjunction with any type of resilient floor covering to improve their acoustical performance and/or to provide a base for any rigid floor coverings. Optionally, they can be used to improve thermal performance. Marking and labelling requirements are also defined.
