This document provides all of the information required in order to efficiently perform, and in standardized conditions, the determination, the declaration and the verification of noise emission values of refuse collection vehicles.The use of this annex ensures the reproducibility of the determination of noise emission values within the limits established for the accuracy grade of the basic standard used to determine noise emission values. The methods used to determine these noise emission values, corresponding to this normative annex, are grade 2 accuracy measurement methods according to EN ISO 11201:2010, 5.2.2.2.This document deals with the noise measurement conditions for the types of RCVs defined and described in the standards of the EN 1501 seriesThis document applies to machines which are manufactured after the date of approval of this document by CEN.
