This International Standard specifies requirements for service providers in the field of recreational scubadiving and snorkelling excursions.It specifies the following areas of service provision:¾ð introductory diving activities,¾ð snorkelling excursions,¾ð provision of training and education,¾ð organised and guided diving for qualified divers,¾ð rental of diving and snorkelling equipment.Service providers may offer one or more of these services. This International Standard specifies the natureand quality of the services to the client.
