Principio (determinazione del numero di prodotti per unità di superficie): quantificazione del numero intero di prodotti costituenti l'elemento di tenuta, posti come nelle reali condizioni di posa in opera e formanti una superficie di copertura rettangolare o il più possibile geometricamente regolare e successivamente riferirli all'unità di superficie (m[2]).
