This standard defines the reference dimensions of the elastic automatic joint and of its accessories able to permit the connection of the joint, for ductile iron pipes and fittings manufactured in compliance with UNI EN 545, UNI EN 598 standards and suitable for the construction of pipelines carrying water for pressure or gravity service.
