Ascertains a method for the determination of total vitamin B[6] in foodstuffs by microbiological assay (MBA). Vitamin B[6] is determined as the mass fraction of pyridoxine, pyridoxal and pyridoxamine, including their phosphorylated or glycosylated derivatives.
