La norma specifica i requisiti e i metodi di prova per la caratterizzazione di adesivi anaerobici destinati all'assemblaggio generale di elementi metallici coassiali in strutture edilizie e di ingegneria civile compresi elementi di fissaggio filettati e non, tubature e tubi. La norma è applicabile ad adesivi singoli e a sistemi (kit) comprendenti adesivi, attivatori e/o strati di fondo per elementi di costruzione sia all'interno, sia all'esterno.
