Bibliography
Defines a method for detecting foods containing cellulose which have been treated with ionizing radiation, by analysis of the electron spin resonance spectrum, also known as electron paramagnetic resonance spectrum, of the food. Succesfull interlaboratory studies have been carried out with pistachio nut shells [14] to [18], paprika powder [19], [20] and fresh strawberries [21].
