Completa le UNI EN 22568 e UNI EN 24230 definendo le dimensioni delle filiere tonde di filettatura, a mano e a macchina, destinate all'esecuzione di filettature cilindriche su tubazioni, serie G, in conformità con la UNI ISO 228/1. Le dimensioni generali di queste filiere (diametro, spessore e dimensioni di fissaggio) sono conformi a quanto stabilito dalla norma UNI EN 22568 in modo da permettere la manovra a mano delle filiere mediante i portafiliere descritti in tale norma.
