La norma specifica la procedura e l'attrezzatura raccomandata per l'esecuzione delle prove di pelatura e di sbottonamento mediante scalpello su saldature a resistenza a punti e a rilievi. La norma si applica a saldature eseguite con due o più lamiere di spessore compreso tra 0,5 mm e 3,0 mm.
