The standard, applied jointly with UNI ISO 16092-1, specifies the technical safety requirements and the measures that must be adopted by those involved in the design, manufacture and supply of the following groups of mechanical presses and production systems of mechanical presses: - Group 1: Presses with partial rotation couplings (friction couplings; - Group 2: Presses with servo drive system (mechanical servo presses).
