Example of apparatus conforming to the applications in 3.1
Specifies the characteristics and the choice of the measuring equipment and procedure for determination of the linear dimensions of sheets, blocks or test specimens of cellular material (flexible and rigid). Coverage includes: number and location of the measurements; measurement with dial gauge; measurement with micrometer; measurement with sliding caliper; measurement with metal rule or metal tape.
