Dieser Teil von IEC 60044 gilt für neu hergestellte kombinierte Wandler zur Verwendung mit elektrischen Messgeräten und elektrischen Schutzeinrichtungen bei Frequenzen von 15 Hz bis 100 Hz.Ergänzend zu den Anforderungen und Prüfungen in IEC 60044-1, IEC 60044-2 und IEC/PAS 60044-5 decken die Anforderungen und Prüfungen dieser Norm Strom-, Spannungs- und kapazitive Spannungswandler ab, die für kombinierte Messwandler erforderlich sind.
