Diese Norm legt die Anforderungen an automatische Wahl- und Ansageanlagen für das öffentliche Fernsprechwählnetz fest. Diese gelten zusätzlich zu denjenigen, die in EN 50136-1-1 festgelegt sind. Sie gilt für Wählverbindungen mit einer bedarfsgesteuerten Übertragung zwischen einer Alarmanlage und einer abgesetzten Stelle. Die Information wird mittels einer gespeicherten Sprachmeldung aufeinanderfolgend an eine oder mehrere verantwortliche Personen und/oder eine Alarmempfangsstelle übertragen.
