Abstract - (Show below) - (Hide below)

According to guideline VDI 2510, driverless transport systems (DTS) essentially consist of the following components: - driverless transport vehicles (DTS), - master control, - devices for location determination and situation detection, - devices for data transmission, - installation of the infrastructure and various peripheral devices. When planning and designing all components, the conditions at the planned place of use and on-site concerns must be taken into account.
