This guideline serves as an orientational resource • for working engineers who have seen their own skills reflected in the job description (see Section 5) and wish to obtain the corresponding qualifications, and • for human resources development, further training concepts and instruction programmes prepared and implemented for technical specialists and managers who wish to be employed in the future as REs.
