These guidelines provide instructions for the planning, construction, acceptance and operation of systems for hygienically safe processing and for the aseptic filling of microbiologically sensitive beverages and mixed milk beverages, without the addition of preservatives and cold sterilization agents and without measures to inactivate germs, e.g. hot filling or tunnel pasteurization.
