    Le présent document décrit une méthode pour calculer un indicateur qui exprime a priori dans le produit initial le pourcentage de matière organique potentiellement résistante à la minéralisation. Il présente également une méthode conventionnelle de fractionnement de la matière organique. Il s'applique aux amendements organiques et supports de culture homologués ou normalisés contenant un minimum de 20% de matière organique exprimée par rapport à la matière sèche.
