This document specifies a routine procedure for the determination of the moisture and protein content in whole wheat and barley grains using near-infrared spectroscopy in the following component ranges: - for wheat: - moisture content of at least 8% to 22%;- Protein content of at least 7% i.TS up to 20% i.TS.
