Sets out requirements for the identification, demounting, inspection, maintenance testing and mounting of off-highway rims and wheels having a diameter of not less than 600 mm (24 inches). It applies to rubber-tyred earth-moving machinery. It does not apply to off-highway recreational vehicles.
