This Standard is to be read in conjunction with AS 2053.1. The requirements of Part 1 apply except where they are added to or modified by this Standard.This Standard specifies requirements for rigid, non-threadable conduits and fittings that are made of fibre- reinforced concrete and which are used for the protection of cables in an electrical installation.
AS 2053-1984 jointly revised and redesignated in part as Joint Standard AS/NZS 2053.3:1995.
