This Standard specifies requirements for webbing load restraint systems for use in the transportation of cargo under normal operating conditions. The Standard is not intended to apply to load restraint nets, nor does it include anchorage points.NOTE: Appendix A gives advice on the use and care of webbing load restraint systems, Appendix B states the means for demonstrating compliance with this Standard.
