    1.1This specification covers a type of plowable, retroreflective, raised pavement marker for lane marking and delineation.

    1.2Retroreflective markers are intended for nighttime visibility.

    1.3The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as the standard, except where noted in the document. The values given in parentheses are mathematical conversions to SI units that are provided for information only and are not considered standard.
