1.1 This test method covers the determination of the shear strength and shear modulus of structural adhesives as they occur in thin gluelines restrained by the relatively higher modulus adherends.
1.2 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as the standard. The metric equivalents of inch-pound units may be approximate.
