Describes characteristics and requirements relevant to positive opening break contact element(s) of position switch with positive opening operation. Position switches with positive opening operation shall comply with requirements of Part 1 of this standard, except Addition A II, also with supplementary requirements in this Section of Part 2. Contact elements within position switch, other than positive opening break contact element(s) shall comply with requirements fo Part 1 except Additions A I and A II.
