Bibliography
This International Standard presents recommendations and specifies requirements for instrumentation and measurement techniques used in impact tests. Aimed at facilitating comparisons between results obtained by different laboratories, which the recommendations given in annex B are designed to aid the laboratories to meet the requirements. Applicable instrumentation to this standard is specific to impact tests for road vehicles and includes that used in tests on sub-assemblies. Excluded from this International Standard are Optical methods which are subject to ISO 8721.
