Gives requirements for the construction, performance, primary packaging and labelling of fountains and the corresponding test methods. Applies to indoor fireworks which are classified as fountains in category 1 in EN 14035-2 and in which the pyrotechnic composition is based on nitrocellulose with a mass fraction of nitrogen of not more than 12,6%.
