Defines the dip slide procedures that use two types of agar to test the presence of commensal bacteria and coliforms (gram negative). Suitable when a manufacturer requires a test to screen finished filling material hygiene. Not applicable to test sulfite-reducing clostrides (gram positive) and salmonella (gram negative).
