Defines conditions for determining the reduced viscosity (viscosity number) and K-value of PVC resins. Applies to resins in powder form, consisting of homopolymers of the monomer vinyl chloride and copolymers, terpolymers and so on, of vinyl chloride with one or more other monomers, but having vinyl chloride as the main constituent.
