Covers a procedure for comparison of traffic noise on differing road surfaces for various compositions of road traffic for evaluation of different road surfaces. Assigns sound levels which represent either light or heavy vehicles at chosen speed, which means free-flowing conditions at posted speeds of 50 km/h and over.
